5. Account Responsibilities

6. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of BioThriveAI require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. BioThriveAI reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software comprising BioThriveAI are the property of BioThriveAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioThriveAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
