We use your information solely to personalise your wellness experience, generate supplement recommendations, and improve our AI advisor. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI & Health Data
Conversations with BioThriveAI are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses. Health information you share (age, diet, goals) is used only to personalise recommendations and is not stored permanently on our servers beyond your active session unless you have an account.
4. Payments
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. BioThriveAI does not store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
5. Cookies & Storage
We use browser local storage to remember your preferences, chat history, and diary entries between sessions. No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@biothriveai.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
